Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Facility Condition Assessment department Oversee site inspections, condition assessments, and technical evaluations Review and approve assessment reports and recommendations Manage project timelines, resources, and client deliverables Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal project teams Drive process improvements and departmental efficiency Mentor and manage technical staff within the department Minimum Requirements Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or related field 5+ years’ experience in facility assessments, construction, or infrastructure environments Previous management or team leadership experience Strong report writing and technical assessment skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems Valid driver’s license Key Competencies Leadership and team management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and reporting ability Organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Remuneration Market-related salary package based on qualifications and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
