About the Role This is an operational role that combines analytical and commercial traits, sitting at the heart of our day-to-day operational flow. You will support by: managing operational and admin workflows valuing property opportunities Supporting acquisitions via lead management (at selected periods) This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, responsibility, delivering great customer service and an openness to numbers and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Operations & Administration Manage calendars, appointments, inboxes, and internal coordination Organise and maintain accurate digital records and systems Gather and organise all key property documents from stakeholders Coordinate access for valuers, agents, buyers, and internal team members Create and update property listings on portals and internal systems Arrange digital and physical signatures for documentation Lead Management (Specific Days & Times) Qualify inbound seller leads promptly and professionally Book appointments quickly to ensure an excellent customer experience Update CRM and sales pipeline accurately Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or other communication channels Valuations & Deal Analysis Research and value property opportunities using comparable evidence Analyse deals from platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and auction sites Recommend potential investment opportunities against defined criteria Create clear, professional property investment packs Research market trends including rental values, sale prices, and capital growth Process & Team Contribution Complete ongoing training and apply learnings Develop and improve SOPs and process guides Share ideas and improvements with the team Support internal training or workshops where required Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
