Responsibilities Own account management and new business focus within the prestige market. Develop and nurture industry influencers through excellent customer relationships. Develop best‑in‑class outlet execution to promote outlets and brand loyalty beyond POS. Create winning 360‑degree account plans with prioritised customers and execute best‑in‑class commercial brand plans. Work closely with Sales, Finance and Marketing to ensure delivery against Bacardi Sales KPI’s and targets. Ensure excellent execution of key marketing activities in outlets. Analyse and process promotional activities and budgets, incorporating ROI analysis. Provide input for the development of customer plans and brand plans, prioritising investments and evaluating programs. Own contracts, proposals and promotional investment tracking, ensuring ROI and compliance. Monitor and administer promotional budgets, detecting deviations for the assigned customers and channels. Accountable for brand execution within the Exclusive Specialist customer base. Support and inspire other Prestige / Specialist colleagues to elevate executional excellence and customer management. Own personal brand through time management, continuous learning and leadership presence in trade. Complete and follow through on an annual development plan aligned to Bacardi’s career growth principles. Represent brand and product knowledge with passion and accuracy (liquid stories, cocktail relevance, brand guidelines). Ensure flawless execution of promotional activity, menu listings, visibility and advocacy. Work with distributors and partners to grow share and brand dominance. Skills Key focus and passion for the prestige on‑trade market within your region and wider influences and trends. Experience in prestige customer commercial activity (account management, new business, brand, ambassadorial or activation). Trade marketing and advocacy experience a bonus. Experience leading cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Customer Marketing, Advocacy and Supply Chain. Proven track record of developing highly effective and sustainable trading terms and joint business plans. Strong understanding of cocktail culture, trends, category dynamics and customer business models. Evidence of success with key industry influencers, buyers and opinion‑formers within your region. Ability to develop strategic, data‑based analytics to drive business decisions and sustainable growth.
