Data Accuracy: Document all interactions within our CRM to help refine the overall consumer journey. Who You Are Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in both German (B2 level) and English (B2 level) , both written and spoken. Education: A Matric/Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent qualification. Background: Experience in hospitality, retail, or contact centers is a plus, but we prioritize a great attitude and raw potential. Technical Ability: Comfortable multitasking across various digital systems with speed and precision. Personal Traits: High empathy, strong listening skills, and a composed demeanor under pressure.
