Minimum Requirements Minimum 10 years experience as a Bookkeeper to Balance Sheet level Knowledge of imports and Import VAT will be an advantage Proficient in Sage Pastel V19 and Pastel Payroll Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Duties will include, but not limited to: Full bookkeeping function to Balance Sheet on Pastel 19 Preparation of annual financials for audit purposes Posting and balancing of cash books Submission of VAT returns, including Import VAT Processing salaries on Pastel Payroll Submission of all monthly statutory returns Overseeing cash flow and daily financial operations Handling HR administration including recruitment, employee records, salaries and HR-related matters In return, a competitive remuneration package in on offer coupled with a professional working environment within a well established company.
