We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join a fast-paced, growth-focused environment within the FMCG sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on developing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. About the Role As a BDM, you will play a key role in expanding and managing retail accounts while delivering measurable growth. You’ll work closely with customers to improve their sales performance, while ensuring excellent product positioning and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers (e.g. major chains and independent stores) Develop and execute growth plans for each account Identify and secure new business opportunities Drive and manage in-store promotions and campaigns Oversee stock levels, shelf management, and product performance Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively Manage and support delivery and telesales teams Maintain accurate customer records on CRM systems Attend trade shows, training sessions, and industry events Requirements Minimum 7 years’ sales experience Proven track record in retail and/or food industry sales (non-negotiable) Must be fluent in English and able to speak very well Strong mathematical ability and commercial acumen Ability to influence and build strong relationships Excellent listening and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently To apply, email your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
