We are looking for passionate, energetic individuals who are ready to grow with our brand. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee overall operation of the restaurant / take‑away. Ensure quality standards of food and Wackys Standard Operating Procedures are maintained. Oversee and manage stock control, purchasing and orders. Deal with customer complaints and maintain customer service levels at the restaurant / take‑away. Maximise profitability and meet sales and GP% targets, including motivating staff. Manage staff, including discipline and work rosters. Work within a team and drive the restaurant / take‑away forward. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements Restaurant and fast‑food service experience; minimum 1‑year related experience required. GAAP / Micros experience and knowledge – advantageous. Management skills. Organisational skills.
