About the Role Playroll is looking for a bold, ambitious self-starter ready to roll up their sleeves and jump headfirst into the fast-paced world of start-ups. As a Research and Development Analyst, you won't just be on the sidelines—you'll be right in the action, working alongside the co-founders and COO to build the core operational and client service processes that will power this revolutionary new business. Responsibilities What you'll do: Work directly with the Managing Director and COO in laying the foundations for and building the company's operational processes. Perform in-depth research related to the company's intellectual property, focusing on employment laws (both taxes and terms) across multiple global jurisdictions. Understand and set up efficient, streamlined operational processes related to maintenance and upkeep of the company's knowledge base and core global business offering in line with the front-end technology platform. Work on various projects related to setting up the company's operation, including research of underlying information required for implementation and management of core backend processes. Handle multiple high-impact projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. What You'll Bring Excellent academic results — preferable qualification(s): Chartered Accountant, Admitted Attorney, Bachelor of Commerce or similar (open to other options). Logical and critical thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity. Effective collaborator with communication and interpersonal skills. High energy, positive attitude, self-starter, motivated to work hard in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize with strong organizational skills.
