Position Overview A commercially driven and operationally focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is required to lead financial performance, scalability, and execution across the business. This is not a traditional finance role. The position is deeply embedded in operations, ensuring that financial strategy is translated into measurable, real-world performance across sales, supply chain, and execution. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and an overseas Board, requiring strong independence, commercial judgement, and the confidence to present and defend well-reasoned views at executive level. In addition, the role includes strategic oversight of HR in an advisory capacity, while day‑day HR execution remains with internal teams or external partners.
