Key Responsibilities Operations & Service: Supervise daily operations, maintain high service standards, and handle guest complaints proactively. Financial Performance: Manage P&L, set financial goals, control food and labor costs, and implement strategies for profitability. Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule employees, fostering a high-performance team culture. Compliance & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards. Marketing & Administration: Coordinate promotional activities, manage vendor relationships, and oversee inventory and ordering. Events and Functions Management: Oversee and manage events and functions alongside the Events manager, and grow the events business. Requirements Experience: Proven experience in a Senior Restaurant Manager role for a minimum of 5 years. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with staff and guests. Front and back of house management skills. Knowledge: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and business financial management.
