We are looking for an experienced, commercially savvy Growth Specialist who can take ownership of their sales function, and drive pipeline growth end‑to‑end. Outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls, events). Event and webinar planning for client acquisition. Sales content and collateral creation. Reporting, KPIs, and process improvements. Attending of events & meetings (in‑person & remote) Main Outcomes: Build and manage high‑quality sales pipelines across multiple clients. Deliver consistent, measurable growth in meetings, pipeline, and opportunities. Act as a trusted sales partner to founders and small teams. Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns that generate qualified leads. Maintain structured, accurate CRM pipelines that drive visibility and performance. Continuously optimise campaigns and strategies based on performance data. Contribute to client brand presence and positioning through content and events. Key Responsibilities: Client Sales Ownership: Act as the dedicated sales partner for each assigned client, fully embedded in their team. Understand client goals, ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), and unique value propositions. Develop tailored sales strategies and outreach plans aligned to client objectives. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, research, and build prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other lead databases. Execute targeted multi‑channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls, events). Qualify leads through structured discovery calls, ensuring they meet client criteria before handover. Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in client CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.). Track opportunities from initial contact through to deal closure. Ensure follow‑up tasks are scheduled and completed within agreed timelines. Sales Process Execution: Create and adapt sales messaging, scripts, and templates for different channels. Pick up the phone, cold‑call where the particular campaign requires it. Handle first‑touch conversations, objection handling, and appointment setting. Collaborate with the client to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Campaign Reporting & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, including KPIs such as meetings booked, response rates, and pipeline growth. Analyse data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Recommend strategy adjustments to improve results over time. Event & Content Support: Assist in planning and coordinating sales‑related events, webinars, and workshops. Work with the client and SaleMate design team to create sales collateral (info decks, one‑pagers, case studies). Help amplify client presence through thought‑leadership posts, event follow‑ups, and targeted networking. LinkedIn Optimisation: Sales Navigator prospect list building & outreach management. User‑profile workshopping & content creation. Requirements 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles. Experience within agency, consulting, or service‑based environments preferred. Proven ability to build pipeline and deliver measurable sales outcomes. Strong understanding of sales processes, outreach, and qualification techniques. Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar). Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously .
