Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of modern sales techniques, digital selling tools, and CRM systems. Proven track record of improving conversion rates and sales performance through training. Performance Focus: Ability to analyse KPIs and translate insights into actionable training strategies. Leadership & Coaching: Strong mentoring skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and elevate team performance. Communication: Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Adaptability: Ability to tailor training to diverse audiences and evolving market conditions. Analytical Mindset: Skilled in measuring training ROI and linking learning outcomes to business growth. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Conduct workshops and sessions on conversion optimization, objection handling, upselling, and closing strategies. Teach modern sales methodologies Facilitate role-play exercises, simulations, and scenario-based learning. Performance Coaching Provide one-on-one and group coaching to improve conversion rates and pipeline management. Identify underperformance trends and implement targeted interventions. Motivate and inspire sales staff to achieve and exceed KPIs. Program Development Collaborate with Sales Managers to design training aligned with business goals. Create training materials, guides, and digital resources tailored to different sales roles. Continuously update content to reflect evolving buyer behaviors and industry trends. Measurement & Feedback Track training impact through conversion metrics, sales performance data, and participant feedback. Adjust programs based on ROI analysis and team needs. Report regularly to leadership on training effectiveness and recommendations.
