About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager with at least 2 years of experience to oversee and improve daily business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in process optimization, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams. While fluency in English is essential, German language skills are considered a valuable asset .
