You will be responsible for maximising clients’ digital budgets according to their required goals. The role includes campaign implementation, optimisation, analysis and reporting. You will act as a technical contact between digital leads, clients service, clients and fellow media managers. You must therefore be able to communicate effectively and manage internal and external client expectations. This will require: A passion for digital marketing and wanting to build a career within the digital space. Proven track record running performance-lead digital campaigns. Ability to set up standard & custom pixel events and conversion tracking across Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok. Ability to set-up conversion tracking across Paid Social and GA4. Experience in managing digital campaigns with performance driven goals. Experience with managing digital campaigns for video & mobile. Must know how to work with budgets and how to allocate them effectively. Ability to troubleshoot tech issues within buying platforms and present solutions. Strong understanding of digital strategy and the capability to execute campaigns effectively across relevant platforms. Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and implement optimisation strategies based on insights and findings. Proven competence in conducting post-campaign analysis and presenting insights and recommendations to Digital Leads and clients. Proficiency in setting up, implementing, and reporting on verification tracking for campaigns where required. Being able to share knowledge with team Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification advantageous. Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in performance marketing or paid media management. Proven experience managing performance-led digital campaigns across Paid Social platforms. Experience using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and X Ads.
