We're hiring a Manager - Distribution Enablement who will manage and enable the AlexForbes One growth strategy by providing end to end support across all distribution channels, with overall accountability for proposals, product collateral, quoting, onboarding, implementation, value chain integration, and product representation. Educational Requirements Minimum Grade 12, including Mathematics and Accounting or Science Three-year tertiary qualification in one of the following (or equivalent): Marketing Process Engineering Experience Required 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry Employee Benefits within an intermediated environment Client servicing in the umbrella fund space At least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role Employee Benefits & Retirement Fund Expertise – Deep understanding of the umbrella fund and retirement investment environment Leadership & People Management – Ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively Business Acumen – Strong commercial awareness and value-chain understanding Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Builds trust and influences advisers, clients, and internal teams Problem Solving & Change Management – Anticipates, manages, and resolves complex operational and business challenges Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end fund installation and new business onboarding process Oversee legal, operational, and transition activities, including drafting special fund rules Manage pricing and discount approval processes Implement and monitor project plans for new client implementations Drive and oversee the Section 14 transfer process in line with FSCA requirements Coordinate and track adviser and client communication relating to Section 14 transfers Oversee the quoting process across all distribution channels Coordinate risk benefit quotations and related new business deliverablesManage relationships with internal stakeholders, advisers, and clients to support product growth Ensure application and monitoring of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles Why Join Alexforbes?
