Your mission, roles and responsibilities The HSE Graduate is responsible for guiding management regarding HSE processes and requirements to ensure legal compliance per legislation and the application of the Group’s HSE policy and procedures. Conduct internal HSE measurements, inspections, and audits to analyse the site’s risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect for the environment. Propose and annual HSE action plan to the Site Management. Coach and support the plant management and deploy HSE practices and requirements. Participate in Faurecia’s HSE network and deploy all HSE Standards within the organization. Monitor and ensure implementation of legal compliance and manage the site’s relations with local government and regulatory organizations. Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators (FR0t, environmental data,…). Organise and drive HSE audits and trainings. Perform accident/incident investigations. Your profile and competencies to succeed Qualification/s Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Health, Safety & Environment related field. Knowledge & Experience Ideally 1 year of working experience within a production environment. Skills & Competencies Working knowledge of Quality systems and Health, Safety & Environment skills. Competency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Knowledge of HSE tools and methods: AMDEC, 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
