Workday Implementation Delivery Contribute to and/or lead defined workstreams on client-facing Workday implementation projects Support one or more functional HCM areas from design through to deployment Configure HCM modules under the guidance of senior team members Requirements Gathering & Solution Design Participate in workshops to gather and analyse business requirements Translate business needs into effective and scalable system configurations Support the management of ticket queues and issue resolution Process & Data Understanding Develop an understanding of end-to-end HCM processes and data flows Assist in ensuring solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned to business needs Support data migration activities by gathering and validating data requirements Testing & Quality Assurance Assist with unit testing, end-to-end testing, and regression testing Ensure system configurations meet quality standards and project timelines Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with HR and HCM transformation teams to deliver value-driven solutions Collaborate with wider teams to identify innovative approaches and improvements Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing Requirements Qualifications & Certifications Experience with HCM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar) Workday HCM Core Services Certification or Workday HCM Pro (advantageous, not essential) Additional Workday certifications (e.g. Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation) are beneficial Experience 2–3 years of relevant experience in HCM systems implementation or support Skills & Competencies Understanding of end-to-end HCM business processes and data flows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and presentation abilities Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams Proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn Innovative thinker with an openness to new ideas and solutions Working Model Office-based during the initial training period Transition to a hybrid working model thereafter (subject to business and client requirements) #J-18808-Ljbffr
