Key Responsibilities* Capture, maintain, and update master data within SAP systems.* Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across all SAP modules.* Monitor and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.* Coordinate data imports, exports, and migrations where required.* Generate and distribute reports from SAP for management and operational teams.* Work closely with finance, procurement, logistics, HR, and operations departments to ensure correct data processing.* Maintain proper documentation of data processes and procedures.* Assist with SAP audits and compliance requirements.* Support users with SAP data-related queries and troubleshooting.* Ensure adherence to company policies and data governance standards.* Participate in system testing and process improvement initiatives.Minimum Requirements* Grade 12 / Matric.* Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field advantageous.* Minimum 23 years experience working with SAP systems.* Strong knowledge of SAP master data processes.* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.* Strong administrative and organisational abilities.* High attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.* Good communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Experience* Experience with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, HR, or WM.* Experience in data analysis and reporting.* Exposure to ERP system implementations or migrations advantageous.
