About The Position At Front Runner Dometic, our B2C Sales Representatives or Retail Sales Consultants is the front line of selling our products and services to the public consumers. It is a Retail Sales Consultant's responsibility to listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale. Our Sales Consultants always maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via regular follow up telephone calls and emails. Your Main Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Recommend products/services based on customer needs. Inform customers of promotions and deals. Generate leads, sell, upsell, and follow up on sales. Meet personal and team sales targets. Customer Service Identify and assess customer needs for satisfaction. Resolve complaints by clarifying issues, offering solutions, and ensuring resolution. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. Communication & Relationship Building Build trust through open communication with customers and team members. Motivate and assist team members to contribute to overall success. Administration & Record-Keeping Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts. Assist with orders, refunds, warranty claims, and exchanges. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Coordinate between departments for daily sales and administrative tasks. Showroom / Experience Centre Plan, build, and maintain showroom displays. Ensure showroom readiness before opening. Follow experience centre guidelines. Attend sales meetings. What do we offer? At least 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales Environment (automotive industry experience advantageous). Skills & Attributes Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, reporting ability, and basic math skills. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English, active listening, strong phone handling, and interpersonal abilities. Customer Orientation: Exceptional customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
