Role Overview The SEO Specialist is responsible for executing SEO strategies across assigned client accounts, ensuring high-quality implementation across the four pillars of SEO: Technical SEO, On-Page / Content SEO, Off-Page / Authority Building and Local SEO. This role requires a hands‑on operator who can manage multiple demanding accounts, deliver measurable organic growth, and maintain rigorous quality standards. The SEO Specialist works closely with the SEO Team Lead, Content Team, Web Developers, PPC Specialists, and Account Managers to drive performance and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Account Execution and Delivery Execute SEO strategies developed by the Team Lead Manage day-to-day SEO performance for assigned accounts Deliver monthly roadmaps and implementation plans Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met Maintain documentation of work completed and upcoming actions Support quarterly reviews with data and performance insights Technical SEO Conduct technical audits using tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, etc.) Identify crawl, indexation, and site health issues QA technical changes post-implementation Monitor Core Web Vitals and site performance On-Page and Content SEO Conduct keyword research aligned to search intent Build keyword mapping frameworks Provide content briefs to writers Track rankings and content engagement metrics Off-Page and Authority Building Support link‑building and outreach campaigns Monitor backlink profiles and toxic links Conduct competitor authority analysis Track and report domain growth metrics Local SEO Manage citations and NAP consistency Monitor local ranking performance Reporting and Performance Tracking Prepare monthly SEO performance reports Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and technical health Identify insights and improvement opportunities Flag risks and underperformance early Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Content Team on content production and optimisation Liaise with Web Dev on technical implementations Align with PPC team for search insights sharing Support Account Managers with client‑ready insights Attend internal performance reviews Required Skills and Experience 2–5 years SEO experience (agency preferred) Experience managing multiple client accounts Demonstrated ability to improve rankings and traffic Comfortable working in fast‑paced agency environments Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals Experience with: Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio (basic reporting capability) Understanding of CMS platforms Basic understanding of HTML and site structure #J-18808-Ljbffr
