Postdoctoral Researcher (MBA & DBA Programmes) We are currently partnering with a reputable academic institution seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to support and strengthen their MBA and DBA Research Portfolio . This role combines hands-on academic supervision with programme co-ordination , making it ideal for a highly driven research professional passionate about postgraduate and doctoral education. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide MBA students with dissertations and research projects Provide support on research methodology (qualitative & quantitative) Assist with proposal development, data analysis, and final submissions Co-ordinate DBA programme activities and research processes Liaise with students, supervisors, and faculty Monitor research progress and ensure academic timelines are met Maintain high academic standards and research qualityMinimum Requirements: Doctoral qualification (PhD/DBA essential) Strong background in research methodology Experience supervising postgraduate and/or doctoral students Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping both MBA and DBA research outcomes within a dynamic academic environment.
