Your day at NTT DATA This role requires performing most of the tasks defined by the project, gathering facts, analyzing client requirements, and designing solutions that demonstrate functionality to support the findings. You will lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and the full suite of Talent Management modules. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules. Implement and support Talent Management modules: Performance & Goals Succession & Development Recruiting Learning Management System (LMS) Compensation Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Manage system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles. Provide end‑user training and support. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations. Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. To thrive in this role, you need to have Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs. Excellent understanding of the business process. Excellent project and/or program management skills. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Good creativity and the ability to work with abstract concepts. Extensive knowledge of systems, software and programming languages. Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically. Excellent client service orientation. Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business. Ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously. Academic qualifications and certifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field. SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules. Required experience 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Proven expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. Strong functional knowledge of Talent modules. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, API, middleware). Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
