Key Performance Indicators: • To safely care for and maintain all Injection moulds • Assist with tool trials / tool preparation in conjunction with planning department • To ensure that all tools are prepared and available for production when required • To ensure repairs and services to tooling are in accordance with company guidelines • To flush and clean tooling after production • To report defects and repairs by filling in control documents • To report any deviations to management • Upkeep and maintenance of Toolroom equipment and machinery 5S Minimum Requirements: • N3 plus Trade Certificate minimum • 3 to 5 years’ working experience as a qualified toolmaker with Injection Moulding experience • Technical Knowledge in the Injection mould industry • Experience working with large moulds up to 50 tons • Heavy Duty Crane License would be an added advantage • Knowledge and understanding of working with tools with hot runners, grained surfaces and 2K materials is a requirement • Knowledge of Injection Moulding Processes and setting is required to find faults and assist production with problem solving • Required to work shifts
