Job Overview Logicalis seeks a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence for its IT solutions. Responsibilities Develop a sales growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and potential business opportunities. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote the company’s products/services. Keep records of sales and revenues, building positive, long‑term relationships with new and existing customers. Identify, influence, and engage decision‑makers across buying centres. Own and drive the BDM strategy to achieve sales targets, including pipeline management and use of Salesforce.com and account planning. Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients within the nominated region. Respond to RFPs and opportunities with support from Bid Office and Solution teams. Work closely with Practices to identify new business opportunities, close deals and expand existing opportunities. Help close deals when required and keep accurate data in the CRM system. Ensure timely contract management and align with internal practices on opportunities. Key Performance Indicators Successfully close business with new logo customers. Leverage existing relationships to grow business with current customers. Accurate deal forecasting. Achieve quarterly targets in each required category. Assist Practice managers in developing solutions fit for market. Collaborate with internal Practices on solution, vendor and third‑party engagement. Complete solutions training as required. Requirements Business acumen and organisational skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiating, collaboration, problem‑solving, analytical, and time‑management skills. Positive, energetic individual with strong networking ability and presentation skills. Commercial awareness and learning mindset to keep up with IT market trends and developments. Experience Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, sales executive, or equivalent. Track record of sales success and a strong existing network of C‑level contacts in the corporate/enterprise space. High‑level understanding of IT, including security, networking, Microsoft licensing (Azure, Sentinel), managed services, and unified communications. Experience in customer support is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Fluency in English and market knowledge. Qualifications BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field is a plus.
