About the Role Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and South African labour legislation. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Manage performance management processes and assist with training and development programs. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Collaborate closely with the HR Director on strategic projects and workforce planning. Requirements Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, ideally within construction, engineering, or related industries. Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse teams. Based in Cape Town, with flexibility to support projects across regions.
