We are hiring! The Procurement Business Analyst will be responsible for providing continuous support to procurement system users. This includes responding to system‑related queries, assisting with onboarding and training of new employees, and analyzing user process flows to promote the efficient and effective use of the procurement system. Experience and Qualification Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a procurement support, business analysis, or related role. Strong understanding of procurement processes and user systems. Excellent communication and training facilitation skills. Able to work flexibly in a support capacity and manage time effectively within limited daily hours. Comfortable analysing and mapping process flows as they relate to user interactions. Working Conditions Part‑time engagement, approximately 1‑3 hours per day (schedule can be flexible but must cover user support needs). Engagement over a 2‑year term , under a time & material contract. Pure support role – the focus is on user support, training, and process understanding rather than full project ownership or transformation work. KPIs Provide day‑to‑day support to users of the procurement system, responding to queries as they arise. Conduct training sessions for new staff on the procurement system and associated processes. Understand and document user process flows within the procurement function to support system use and improvement. Serve as a point of contact for user support, troubleshooting system issues or escalating appropriately. Work in a time & material model, on a part‑time basis (approximately 1‑3 hours per day).
