Head of Finance Reference: NFU -ZAN-1 We're seeking a dynamic Head of Finance to lead our client's team and shape our financial strategy. This role offers a chance to guide financial direction and make impactful decisions within an expanding manufacturing environment. Duties & Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring growth and development. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, half-year, and year-end financial accounts and reports for management. Cost Analysis: Conduct WIP and cost accounting for manufactured inventory; analyze costs and sales performance. Budgeting and Planning: Manage company budget, develop financial trends and projections, and identify cost-reduction opportunities. Cash Management and Compliance: Oversee cash position, manage debtors and creditors, and ensure financial compliance through liaising with auditors. Qualifications B.
