Key Responsibilities Manage material releases in line with production plans and customer demand requirements. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent production disruptions. Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve any supply delays impacting operations. Capture and maintain accurate inventory transactions and records within the SAP system. Liaise with logistics providers and freight forwarding partners to ensure materials are delivered according to schedule. Compile and analyse inventory and supply chain data to assist with operational planning and reporting. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within inventory control and SAP-related processes. Ensure adherence to company procedures, inventory policies, and applicable compliance requirements. Work closely with cross-functional departments including Engineering, Sales, SQE, and Project Sourcing to support material planning and operational readiness. Minimum Requirements Advanced Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in material planning, inventory management, or logistics within a manufacturing environment. Practical working knowledge of SAP and inventory/stock control systems. Good understanding of supply chain operations, inventory control principles, and material flow processes.
