Duties / Key Responsibilities Oversee invoice processing and SAP VIM approvals (Level 1 and ad hoc Level 2). Resolve invoice/payment queries across multiple company codes; manage AP mailboxes. Monitor VIM approval/reporting metrics; perform age analysis, reconciliations, clearing. Review accruals for month-end; manage payment schedules incl. foreign payments. Vendor onboarding/master data liaison; maintain finance tracking spreadsheets. Lead, coach, allocate workload, monitor performance; escalate complex queries. Requirements 35 years in Accounts Payable / Finance Operations; SAP VIM + ERP exposure. Strong Excel skills; confident with digital platforms; thrives in a fast-paced environment. Education Matric (required); diploma/degree in Finance/Accounting (preferred). Soft Skills High accuracy and control focus; organised, resilient, calm under pressure. Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving. Salary The proposed salary for the role is R25k - R35k per month - the final offer will depend on qualifications, experience and skills. (The higher salary bracket will not apply if additional training and oversight are needed.) In addition to the above, Medical Aid, Pension Fund and discretionary incentive scheme is included.
