Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes. Oversee general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and financial controls. Prepare and submit statutory returns, tax submissions, and regulatory reporting. Manage daily cash flow forecasting and treasury functions. Maintain fixed asset registers and stock rebate records. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Provide costing analysis, financial modelling, and commercial support to operational teams. Analyse costs, identify key cost drivers, and recommend opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and company policies. Coordinate internal and external audit processes and manage audit findings. Drive best practice financial management and continuous process improvement initiatives. Support BEE and SED reporting requirements. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Degree in Finance or Accounting. Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Management role. Previous experience within a services-based environment will be advantageous. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Experience preparing financial statements and managing audit processes. Sound understanding of IFRS and taxation principles. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and financial analysis. Strong financial modelling and reporting capability. Experience with accounting and ERP systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and business communication tools.
