MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, or related field Minimum 3 years of practical experience on a citrus farm Highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn Strong ability to supervise local farm teams Hardworking, hands‑on approach Experience with organic citrus production (a “nice to have”) Fluent in English KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Manage and optimize all citrus production activities on our pomelo training farms: Monitor crop health and execute timely interventions Implement and track fertilisation, irrigation, and spraying programs Conduct pruning and other key tree care operations Plan and coordinate harvest activities Ensure high standards of farm hygiene, safety, and sustainability Responsible for the farms to be compliant with Globalgap/GRASP/LEAF Deliver top-tier farm performance, setting an inspiring example for smallholders Capacity Building & Farmer Support Support development of training materials and programs Train extension teams and smallholder farmers Assist in various citrus development projects across Southern Vietnam Reporting Monitor and report upon P&L of the training farms and the RoI of various technologies and farming methods which are tested Report progress, challenges, and insights directly to the Fruit Production Manager ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted #J-18808-Ljbffr
