Duties & Responsibilities Perform carpentry work: doors, cabinetry, skirting, windows, wooden floors. Carry out general maintenance: ceilings, painting, minor building repairs, locking mechanisms. Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance and respond to reactive calls. Submit job cards, keep work areas clean, and maintain tools. Follow OHS and TFS SHEQ standards. Skills and Competencies Reliable, presentable, service-oriented, and able to manage own workload. Friendly, polite, and professional when dealing with customers. Qualifications Grade 12 Carpentry Trade Test. 3 years’ carpentry/maintenance experience. General handyman skills (basic plumbing, building, metalwork).
