Claims Clerk Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Claims Clerk to join their team. They are in the service industry running a fleet of vehicles. They are looking for a Clerk who will be responsible for managing the claims process from initiation to resolution, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Job Location Gqeberha Key Responsibilities Coalition of all documents required to make a claim i.e.:Formal Police report Photos Insurance policy details Driver’s license Witness statements If necessary, medical reports Review and process claim submissions, verifying completeness and adherence to company policies and procedures. Analyze claim data and documentation to assess eligibility and determine appropriate outcomes. Communication with insurance agents, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of claims activities and decisions in the claims management system. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience in claims processing or a related field. Strong understanding of claims management processes and relevant regulations. Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
