Duties & Responsibilities Proactively convert qualified leads into long-term clients, managing the full business development cycle. Conduct in-person meetings and site visits across Cape Town to strengthen client relationships and close deals. Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and standards in every engagement. Work closely with technical teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs. Deliver key market feedback and insights to guide strategic growth. Support and enhance marketing efforts to increase visibility and attract new business. Desired Experience & Qualification Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction or land surveying industry. Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) is essential. Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (frequent travel required). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of construction environments and client expectations. Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.
