This opportunity is ideal for a BCom-qualified professional with 23 years of post-qualification experience who is eager to broaden their financial management exposure and contribute to business success.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role offers excellent exposure to the full finance function and will suit a proactive individual who enjoys working in a deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day financial operations and accounting processes Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements Perform balance sheet reconciliations and review general ledger accounts Support audit processes and liaise with external stakeholders Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business objectives Job Experience & Qualifications: BCom degree essential 23 years of post-qualification finance experience Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles Experience with month-end and year-end processes Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Take the next step in your finance career with an organisation that values professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence.
