We are looking for experienced Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers to be placed countrywide. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, profitability, customer experience, and people management of the restaurant. The role is accountable for driving operational excellence, achieving sales and profit targets, building high‑performing teams, and ensuring that all company brand standards and customer service expectations are consistently executed. The Restaurant Manager is expected to lead from the front by creating a culture of accountability, operational discipline, teamwork, and exceptional customer experience. REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE Grade 12 / Matric Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous Minimum 3–5 years restaurant or QSR management experience Proven leadership experience within a high‑volume food service environment Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems Strong financial and operational acumen KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the restaurant operates according to SOPs and operational standards Maintain excellent food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service standards Drive restaurant profitability and achievement of financial targets Manage food cost, labour cost, wastage, and controllable expenses Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and supervisors Drive a high‑performance culture within the restaurant Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally Execute sales and marketing initiatives effectively Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislation CORE COMPETENCIES Leadership and team development Operational execution Financial management Performance management Customer service orientation TO BE NOTED: We are also looking for Assistant Restaurant Managers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
