Key Responsibilities Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance teams. Ensure the reliability and availability of critical infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, standby power generation, medical gas installations, water systems, and building services. Drive preventative maintenance and asset management strategies. Manage infrastructure upgrades, refurbishments, and capital projects. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory, health and safety, and engineering regulations. Manage contractor performance, service level agreements, and technical budgets. Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks. Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the facility. Minimum Requirements GCC (Factories) Essential. Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 810 years' engineering and technical management experience within a complex operational environment. Strong knowledge of facilities management, engineering compliance, maintenance planning, and asset management. Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and contractors. Sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and engineering best practices. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
