JOB REQUIREMENTS Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills; cooperative and synergistic team member who fosters a positive and inclusive environment, actively engages in group efforts and consistently works towards a shared goal Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time Excellent interpersonal and communication skills TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Experience in managing Linux based infrastructure Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, Mongo), automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis, GitLab CI), orchestration & containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker) Knowledge of deploying Node.js based applications Ability to use various tools to orchestrate solutions with a focus on plain Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform Ability to deploy / maintain independent web-based tools, microservices and solutions with a focus on Kubernetes, Docker, NodeJS, Prometheus Ability to deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters, including monitoring, using RKE and Ansible Ability to write Helm Charts used to integrate many components to create a software solution, including technologies such as Crunchy PGO, MongoDB, Traefik, and other proprietary packages Experience in writing scripts and automation using NodeJS, Python, or Bash Experience managing a virtualized infrastructure based on XenServer with Ubuntu guests Manage source control - Git/GitLab CI and implement GitOps Bonus points: ability to deploy, configure and manage data streaming services like Kafka, RabbitMQ Bonus points: ability to deploy, configure and manage data visualisation services like Grafana, Apache Superset #J-18808-Ljbffr
