Key Responsibilities Remote customer support (TeamViewer, Cloudberry, AnyDesk, etc.) on all company products Virtual and in-person training of company products to clients Presentations and educational videos of company products and features External repairs on site from time to time Single & Three phase solar systems, including PV Inverters and VFDs Basic troubleshooting, configuration, and commissioning SCADA, HMI, and PLC programming (advantageous) Three-phase or Master electrician / Wiremen’s license (advantageous) Experience & Qualifications NQF Level 6 Qualification or Three-phase installation electrician 1-3 years relevant technical industrial automation and renewable energy experience Trustworthy, honest & reliable Accurate with correct grammar and spelling Proficient in English and Afrikaans languages Valid driver’s license and own transport to and from work If you feel that this is the job for you, please submit your application by clicking the APPLY NOW button below.
