Job Description: Develop and manage detailed MEP BIM models using Revit Lead modelling for HVAC, fire protection, and wet services systems Ensure compliance with BIM standards and execution plans Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Maintain Revit families, templates, and BIM standards Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors on coordination issues Prepare coordinated layouts, drawings, and sections Extract quantities and support cost estimation processes Review models for constructability, accuracy, and compliance Mentor junior BIM modellers Skills & Experience: Minimum 58 years experience in MEP BIM modelling Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Strong understanding of HVAC, fire protection, and wet services systems Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination processes Experience on large commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects Exposure to tools such as BIM 360 and Carrier HAP advantageous Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills Qualification: Diploma or BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (advantageous) Grade 12 / N3 (minimum requirement) Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
