Role Overview We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Specialist / Account Executive with 3–4 years of experience in B2C/B2B EdTech or SaaS sales. The candidate will handle the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to product demos, enrolment closing, and customer onboarding. The role requires understanding learner goals, recommending suitable learning plans, and helping them successfully enroll in LearnSignal programs. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming leads from the website, email, and marketing campaigns. Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to warm and cold prospects. Identify customer needs, qualification stage, and timeline for enrollment. Conduct persuasive sales calls and consultations to advise learners on ACCA, CIMA, CFA, and other programs. Clearly explain LearnSignal’s features, pricing, and study plans. Handle objections professionally and close enrollments consistently. Maintain an active pipeline with accurate CRM updates. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Prepare weekly reports on conversions, funnel status, and performance KPIs. Ensure smooth onboarding for newly enrolled learners. Collaborate with support and academic teams to ensure learner satisfaction. Upsell relevant add-ons, bundles, or premium plans when suitable. Required Skills & Experience 3–4 years of Inside Sales / Telesales / EdTech sales experience. Proven track record of hitting monthly/quarterly sales targets. Strong communication and consultative selling skills. Ability to present course information clearly and confidently. Hands‑on experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling educational or subscription‑based products. Knowledge of ACCA/CIMA/CFA or professional education pathways. Exposure to international markets (UK, Ireland, Middle East, Africa).
