Perform general maintenance on factory, machinery, and building (interior/exterior). Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment according to checklists and SOPs. Implement and manage preventative maintenance plans. Monitor fuel levels and coordinate with contractors for after-hours/weekend support. Respond to breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution. Communicate major breakdowns and action plans to management. Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff and refrigeration technician. Allocate shifts, manage performance, and provide on-the-job training. Process and schedule all maintenance job requests, inspections, and hygiene checks. Order parts/tools, manage inventory, and control maintenance budget and Capex planning. Conduct monthly stock counts in maintenance storeroom and maintain the system. Source, manage, and ensure compliance of external contractors on-site. Monitor and maintain all production machinery for functionality and hygiene. Support production team, including contractors weekend and Sunday operations. Enforce Health & Safety compliance, PPE use, incident reporting, and emergency readiness. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years in food industry, management, and maintenance 5+ years in refrigeration Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge Matric with N3 Electrical & Mechanical ISO 22000 / food safety knowledge ND/BTech/BEng (advantageous) GCC (in progress or completed) is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
