Through a structured, rotational learning journey, you will experience relationship banking within a leading financial services organisation. Key responsibilities: Rotational Exposure: Rotating through different departments will allow you the opportunity to gain experience of different functions and rapidly learn the organisation. These rotations are conducted in person and include immersive, face‑to‑face experiences where you will connect, learn, and perform tasks under the supervision of the Coaches. Learning and Development Requirements: In support of the in‑person work immersion, you are required to complete relevant training to support your development. This training will be offered through online modules, in‑person meetings and classroom sessions. Qualifications Business related Postgraduate qualification (recently completed or completing in 2026): BCom Additional Information Must be a South African citizen.
