Managing critical infrastructure including HVAC, generators, electrical systems, medical gas installations, water systems, and building services. Driving preventative maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management. Overseeing capital projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements. Ensuring compliance with all engineering, safety, health, environmental, and statutory regulations. Managing budgets, contractors, service providers, and technical risk. Supporting operational continuity through strategic planning and technical leadership.
