Training Manager At Uptime Crew, the role of Training Manager is a bridge between recruiting and training teams. The Training Manager is an integral partner in the Training Organization by implementing and executing training activities; and building employee expertise while ensuring they have great experience during their selection process and training. Training & Facilitation Deliver instructor‑led training (virtual or in‑person) on DevOps tools. Lead hands‑on labs, demos, and workshops that reinforce real‑world best practices. Clearly explain containerization concepts to learners at various skill levels. Create training materials including slide decks, lab guides, assessments, and reference documentation. Continuously update content based on evolving container ecosystem standards and platform updates. Design beginner‑to‑advanced learning paths for developers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams. Learner Support & Assessment Provide guidance, troubleshooting support, and coaching before, during, and after training sessions. Evaluate learner performance and offer constructive feedback. Gather participant insights and improve course structure based on feedback. Collaboration & Organizational Enablement Partner with engineering, cloud, and DevOps teams to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Contribute to internal enablement initiatives such as onboarding, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and internal certification programs. Recommend tools and resources to strengthen DevOps maturity across the organization. Required Qualifications Practical experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, technical training, or leading workshops. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering enterprise training or building formal curriculums. Familiarity with GitOps, service meshes (Istio, Linkerd), and cloud‑native observability tools. Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
