UK hours (SA+1 / Salary 20-30 total CTC monthly) The Role We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive targeted campaign execution and support pipeline growth for a dedicated UK MSP This role is critical to activating newly acquired customer bases, improving campaign performance, and enabling cross-sell across multiple service lines. You’ll work closely with the Group Head of Marketing to translate strategy into high-impact, data‑led campaigns in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Execute targeted campaigns by region, vertical, and service offering Support marketing initiatives aligned to pipeline generation Segment and manage customer/prospect data, including acquisition lists Activate data for cross-sell and upsell campaigns Maintain data quality within CRM and marketing platforms Performance & Optimisation Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI Report on insights and recommend improvements Work closely with sales teams to align on priority accounts and campaigns Support outreach into key accounts and acquisition customer bases What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months) Consistent delivery of targeted, high‑quality campaigns Activation of acquisition data into cross‑sell opportunities Measurable improvement in campaign performance and engagement Clear contribution to marketing‑sourced pipeline growth Ideal Background 3–5 years in performance, digital, or demand generation marketing Experience executing B2B campaigns (tech, telecoms, SaaS, or services preferred) Hands‑on experience with: Basic paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Meta ads) CRM systems (HubSpot, Autotask) Data tools such as ZoomInfo Comfortable working with data, segmentation, and reporting Exposure to multi‑product or multi‑service environments is a strong advantage The Individual We’re Looking For Commercially aware – understands marketing’s role in driving revenue Execution‑focused – delivers at pace and iterates quickly Calm under pressure – able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Thrives in fast‑paced environments – comfortable with change and ambiguity Adaptable – able to work across a diverse and evolving tech stack Data‑driven – uses insights to improve performance, not just report Collaborative – works effectively with sales and cross‑functional teams Ambitious – keen to grow into a more strategic role over time #J-18808-Ljbffr
