We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full payroll function, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining full compliance with all payroll and statutory requirements. This role requires someone with strong payroll administration experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and timeously Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, tax regulations, and company policies Maintain accurate employee payroll records and reports Process leave, overtime, deductions, garnishees, allowances, and employee benefits Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees and management Prepare payroll reconciliations and statutory submissions Assist with audits and ensure payroll documentation is up to date Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information at all times Minimum Requirements 2–5 years’ experience in payroll administration Experience working with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and administrative skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Added Advantage Payroll certificate or relevant qualification Knowledge of South African labour and payroll legislation What We Are Looking For Professional and trustworthy individual Strong problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment Team player with a proactive attitude Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and supporting qualifications to Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
