Our SDR team drives this growth by reaching out to Loan Officers, introducing the service, and booking conversations for onboarding. Conduct outbound cold calls to Loan Officers across the United States Introduce Dodoche’s service and generate interest Qualify prospects and book onboarding conversations Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM Consistently meet daily and weekly outreach targets Communicate effectively with the sales team regarding lead quality and feedback First 2 weeks: Base training compensation After onboarding: Commission-only structure High performers have uncapped earning potential Note: the worst SDRs from the team are all averaging $1,500+ a month. Technical Requirements (Mandatory) Headset required for professional call quality Fast and stable internet connection Quiet workspace suitable for outbound calling Basic familiarity with CRM or dialer software is a plus ⚠️ Applications that do not meet the technical requirements may not be considered.
