Minimum Requirements Experience in body corporate / sectional title management Experience using WeConnectU (advantageous) Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel Financial or accounting background (strong advantage) Ability to quickly learn new CRM systems Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and portfolio management duties, including: Budget preparation and financial administration Extensive email correspondence with trustees, owners, and contractors Drafting notices, issuing fines, and maintaining compliance documentation Preparing meeting agendas and taking accurate minutes Understanding and following meeting procedures for trustee meetings and AGMs Supporting or independently managing sectional title portfolios (depending on experience) Attending after-hours trustee meetings and AGMs #J-18808-Ljbffr
