We are looking for a highly motivated Strategy Manager to join the CEO Office and work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to drive high-impact strategic and transformation initiatives across Optasia . In this role, you will support both strategy definition and execution , helping translate strategic priorities into concrete transformation initiatives, operating model changes, and cross-functional programs. You will act as a connector across teams, ensuring clarity, momentum, and disciplined delivery on initiatives that matter most to the Group. This position is ideal for someone with a sharp analytical mind, strong execution discipline, and a genuine interest in driving organizational change in a fast-growing, purpose-driven fintech environment. What You Will Do Strategy & decision support Support the CSO in shaping and delivering strategic planning cycles, transformation agendas, and company-wide priorities Conduct structured market, competitor, and business analyses to inform leadership and board-level decisions Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and briefing documents that are clear, data-driven, and actionable Transformation & execution Drive and support cross-functional transformation initiatives, from strategic concept through execution and tracking Help translate strategy into clear initiatives, milestones, ownership, and success metrics Support the design and evolution of operating models, governance frameworks, and ways of working as the Group scales Track progress against strategic and transformation priorities, escalating risks and dependencies where needed Performance & governance Monitor and report on key performance indicators linked to strategic and transformation objectives Build dashboards and management views to enable transparency, accountability, and decision-making Contribute to the development and execution of internal governance processes that support effective, ethical, and scalable growth Collaboration & leadership enablement Work closely with senior leaders across product, commercial, operations, finance, technology, risk, and people teams Act as a thought partner to leadership, bringing structure, clarity, and insight to complex or ambiguous topics Play a hands-on role in aligning teams around priorities and driving momentum across initiatives What You Will Bring 3-5 years' experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or a similar high-impact environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and synthesis skills Proven ability to move from strategy to execution in complex, cross-functional settings Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfort working with data and dashboards Professional-level fluency in English Interest in technology-enabled business models and organisational transformation A purpose-driven mindset, motivated to deliver impact aligned with our vision: empower financial access for a more inclusive world Why you should apply What we offer: Competitive remuneration package Extra day off on your birthday Performance-based bonus scheme All the tech gear you need to work smart Optasia's Perks: Be a part of a multicultural working environment Meet a very unique and promising business and industry Gain insights for tomorrow market's foreground A solid career path within our working family is ready for you Continuous training and access to online training platforms
